The admission in any IITs is based on merit in JEE advanced.In order to appear for JEE advanced you must appear for JEE main and qualify.And no JEE main marks are not considered while admission in IITs but JEE advanced marks are considered.The admission in NITs is based on merit in JEE main so here the rank you secure in JEE main determine your admission in NITs.
