Greetings from Careers360. No, since 2017,the weightage of Board Exam Scores on JEE rank has been removed, thus they don't affect JEE rank. But, for getting admission into the IIT's and NITs even after qualifying JEE, you need at least 75% in Aggregate of five subjects to get admitted if you are from General Category. For reserved categories, it is 65%. Hope you got your answer. Good luck :)
