For JEE advanced you need to prepare obc-ncl certificate in the  format provided on the official website of JEE advanced the usual certificate issued by the state government will not work as the JEE advanced is taken for the admission into Central institutes therefor your cast should be in the central list of OBC NCL there for you need to prepare the OBC NCL certificate in the format provided on the official website of JEE advanced.
