But I would also note that for solving these books you need to have relevantly strong fundamnetal concpets and for that I would recommend you to join a coaching institute to understand that. 

rather than wasting money buying books go for khan academy video courses for organic chemistry ,they are helpful and understandable.

iit xam practice sheets are available on the internet for physical chemistry which is very much sufficient as physical chemistry is going to be problem based.
