Hello,

You can prepare to become IPS in a college, for this you will have to crack upsc and need to join institutes that helps preparing for upsc most of which are in mukherjee nagar in delhi.
Now, for persuing graduation on DU, you will have to score good marks in class 12th and then may be you will need to crack the entrance exam of the college.
