Hello,
Apart from NCERT books you can use RC MUKHERJEE book to solve problems of physical chemistry and OP TONDON books to solving organic and inorganic chemistry problems.Also,you should practice previous year's questions to increase your marks in jee.

There are different books for chemistry which emphasise on different branches of chemistry such as RC mukherjee is best for Mole concept, Morrison and Boyd for organic chemistry and N Awasthi for physical chemistry.
