If you ask for easy scoring i would suggest you tge below topics.
1.Semiconductor & Communication .(Specially Logic Gate)

2.Unit Dimensions+Scalar & Vector.

3.Current Electricity.(Only Circuit related problem)

4.Modern Physics.(remember formula & some concept)

These are not only easy but also less time consuming so put you 100 % efforts on them.
