Hello aspirant. For such rank, I don't think you will get any of the 6 IMUs. You may get private affiliated colleges. Now for merchant navy, I don't think getting in even IMUs will get you a job. All those who have got are jobless today. You need to apply for sponsorship to large companies. Get their sponsorship after passing their tests and interview to secure your future to an extent in this field.
