Sorry to inform but, NIT's do not have aerospace/aeronautical engineering discipline. However 4 IIT's offer this course:

• IIT Kharagpur
• IIT Kanpur
• IIT Bombay
• IIT Madras
• IIT Hyderabad

However, keeping your rank in mind, it will be tough for you to get admission to any of the IITs.

Therefore, you might take a peek at the government/private engineering colleges which are popular in aerospace engineering and are stated below:

• IIEST Shibpur
• IIST Thiruvanthapuram
• PEC Chandigarh
• IISc Bangalore
• MIT Chennai
• DIAT Pune
• IEI Kolkata
• Professor Rajendra Singh University
• Shri Vishwakarma Skill University

But with your rank in mind, it will be somewhat tough to get a seat in Aerospace discipline in the best of those mentioned above. Here you can find cutoffs for most of them as well as all for other private colleges for the Aerospace discipline (which haven't been mentioned but might be worth considering for you) for the last few years:

NIT currently do not offer the aerospace engineering course but there are several top colleges that offer this course. The IITs and IIScs do offer the aerospace engineering course so you can try applying in them.
