Follow the following books:-
For biology , ncert book and if you want ,you can do mtg fingertips for biology.
For chemistry, you have to do ncert and  books like M.S chauhan and N Awasthi for better understanding of topics in which you have doubt .
For physics,  use objective physics for neet by DC pandey.
You have to do past year paper book and ncert examplar book for all the three i.e phy , chem, and bio.
