It's nice you are preparing for aiims bsc nursing entrance exam.  First of all you should be prepared with all the ncert syllabus. 

Biology is the most scoring and most of its questions are from ncert. 10% will be from outside  for which you can prefer any highly recommended author's book like pradeep, modern, dinesh.  

Solve the physics and chemistry mbbs on daily basis you can go for mtg books for objectivr physics and objective chemistry. 

And for general knowledge and aptitute test you can select  mtg 's  book for it.
