Hey Aspirant, Firstly for Aiims you need to go through NCERT very thoroughly and then you need to study these books in order to score best. 

1. Physical chemistry by OP Tandon.( G.R bathla publication )

2. Objective chemistry (S. Dinesh and Co.)

3. Modern's ABC of chemistry (Part 1 and 2)

4. Arihant Organic Chemistry 

And after these books you need to solve the modules of Aakash, Allen and Target PMT in order to attain best marks.
