Board and NEET require different types of preparations. On one hand, NEET has Objective type questions which only have a single answer, and on the other, boards ask subjective questions where the answer needs to be in detail. Not only that, there are quite a lot of topics which are in the syllabus of boards but aren't in the syllabus of NEET. So there is no way you can prepare well for both NEET 2020 and Boards using a single book.

For boards I would suggest Xam idea for all three subjects as it has a lot of subjective questions, including previous year board questions.

For NEET: 1.Biology: MTG editorial

                    2. Errorless for Physics and Chemistry (though I would suggest you not to do the JEE Advanced level questions, as they are of no use for NEET aspirants, as per my own experience)

But, of course, it goes without saying that the NCERT is the Godfather book. Reading them is the most important and only after being thorough with the NCERT can you solve questions using these books.

Both Boards and NEET exam test conceptual knowledge of students in Chemistry,Physics and Biology (and other two subject for boards). The standard books for preparation are respective NCERT books and you can add on extra books for each subjects as per your requirements.
