Hello dear

For biology; ncert is the best and after completing it go through past year paper book by arihant /mtg to practice mcq .

For physics, go through ncert once and follow objective physics by D.C pandey which comes especially for neet preparation.

For chemistry, ncert is enough and then do ncert exemplar book and than past year papers book by arihant or mtg.
