Just focus on the normal JEE syllabus. If you are doing well with the JEE syllabus, the you will easily do fine here.

There is no negative marking in the test, so make sure to attempt all the questions.

Have some practice on giving online tests.

For VITEEE, there is a book by Arihant Publications on previous year question papers. Similarly for BITSAT too there is a book by the same publisher.

NCERT is a must for all the entrance exams. You need to be thorough with the type of questions that are asked in these exams. For instance VITEEE has many direct concept based questions. On the other hand BITSAT has a few tricky questions. Cse,ece and it are good branches according to placements. I would suggest don't prefer any specific book for preparation . Just solve previous papers of BITS Pilani( Bitsat explorer by arihant)This book has previous years papers as well as chapterwise problems .It will help you in both Vit as well in BITS also.Even vit exam is not that much tough so just go with previous years papers and revise all formulas whatever in class 11 and 12th. Better take a paper and choose units of physics, chemistry, mathematics one by one and write whatever formula in that unit in one paper . Do same for rest of the units and learn all formulas. If you strong in 12th portion , so spend more time.
