Tejinder both the books are actually  same in context and also both are very good books for basic of physics.You can choose anyone ,you want .Princple of physics is just a little modified version and nothing else.Now both has come with their 10th edition.Fundamental physics has more question compared to principle one.Halliday resnick always give the best book.I will suggest you may go for fundamental of physics because it has colorful print,else you may buy anyone.I hope it helped
