First of all, you should start with the ncert text books. These are the best books to strong your fundamentals and also help you in preparing for board exams. After that you must go for advance level books which are highly recommended for JEE mains or advanced. Some of the most preferred books for physics are

• HC Verma (both volumes vol 1 and vol 2)
• Dc pandey
• IE Irodov (this is highly advanced book, you must refer this, only after you are able to understand above mentioned two books).

For chemistry, you must choose OP Tondon, also, most of the chemistry section is easy, but organic part is quite tough, so you must also refer RC Mukherjee.

For mathematics section you must take reference from the following books

• Rd sharma both 11th and 12th section
• Arihant publications books are the most preferred once, specially for the calculus part (diffential or integral)
• And for graphs, you must refer AMIT M AGARWAL books of Arihant publications.

Also, keep solving previous years papers of Jee Mains and advanced, these will help you to understand the question and paper pattern asked in the exam. And also help you in time management for the final exam.
