Hey,
For competitive examination like National Eligibility cum Entrance Test(NEET), you must make sure that your concepts of Biology are clear. If not, then start with it because sometimes questions in the section of Biology come directly from the NCERT.
If you feel you are thorough with NCERT then only go for other books.

Hello,

Preparation for the NEET UG examination is very important to score good marks in it. Usually, the NCERT books are enough to clear all your basic concepts of Physics, Biology and chemistry. The NCERT books as well as proper revision and solving the previous year's question papers/ mock tests will help you alot to crack the exam with good marks.

If you want more books for reference along with NCERT 11th and 12th books, then following are some books for your reference.

1. Objective Physics by DC Pandya

2. Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma

3. Fundamental Physics by Pradeep

4. Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon

5. Concise Inorganic chemistry by JD Lee.

6. ABC of Chemistry by Modern

7. Biology vol1 and vol 2 by Trueman

8. Pradeep Guide on Biology

9. Objective Biology by Dinesh

10. Objective Botany by Ansari

Hope this helps.

Good Luck
