If you are preparing for ICAR AIEEA Exam, you can refer to Arihant’s previous year questions. They are really good for physics and chemistry. Almost 30-40% of the paper is prepared from previous years questions.

For bio you really need to have in depth knowledge. Just NCERT wont help you to fetch good marks in this section because this section is little bit aside from the NEET syllabus.
