Concise Inorganic Chemistry by JD Lee

Biology Best Books:

NCERT Biology Class XI and Class XII textbooks
Biology Vol 1 and Vol 2 by Trueman
Objective Biology by Dinesh

NEET is almost NCERT books based exam. Apart from that you can go for DC pandey physics book series for MCQs and theory, G R bhatla publication or pradeep publication books for chemistry. Keep solving MCQs from previous year state as well as AIPMT question papers

It totally depends on ur caliber and ur intrest .
But in general after completing ncert u can refer to GRB of every subject u can take arihant for physics and dinesh for bio ...

For NEET Ncert is the mean book because ncert is the base of NEET exam

For bio:-ncert,pradeeps.

Hi Rumana ! Firstly you should Focus on 11th & 12th NCERT , Specially Biology becoz NEET cover most of questions from NCERT , So Read & Learn NCERT line to line , Than after you should go through Universal Errorless of Physics & Chemistry Becoz Most of questions are repeated from it as it is. i.e my personal exprience .
