For JEE, there are ample of books there in the market. But try to focus on limited resources and revise it well. Now coming to algebra you can solve some of the books which are ncert, S.L Loney, Hall and knight, R.D sharma, previous years papers. To know the current pattern of the exam amd the the questions as well just solve the previous years papers for better understanding.

You can consider NCERT books for basic concepts,there are many other good books available in the market. If you want a book that covers both jee and basic topics then you should definitely go for Hall and knight. Other book you can consider is by cengage publication- G Tewani. This book is one of the best book for maths jee and contains different variety of questions. You can also refer to SK goyal, which is slightly advanced book and help you to clear your doubts when you will start solving it.
