I recommend to first go with the NCERT books for rach section, they are important in clarifying concpets related to each of these sections. Moreover, proceed section wise, like for Physics you can concentrate on HC Verma, DC Pandey and I.E. Irodov. 

Next, for Chemistry you can refer VP Tondon, OP Jaiswal and N. Awasthi. For Biology, focus on Ansari, Dinesh and GR Bhatala Publication.
