first and foremostly, you should study the NCERT science book thoroughly.

refer to the following books for preps:

chemistry, lakhmir singh and manjit kaur

physics, lakhmir singh and manjit kaur

biology, lakhmir singh and manjit kaur

neet biology, rachna gupta

arihant neet biology, chemistry and physics

if you study all these books in 10th grade, it's more than enough.
