For physics you might prefer Arihant , for Chemistry you might go for OP Agarwal op Tandon and for Biology you can go for Dinesh series

I would say that you prefer NCERT books first.

If you feel you have finished reading that then go for the study materials given by your coaching centre. In case you have already joined.

If you've already enrolled yourself in some coaching institution, I'd recommend you to follow the study materials that your institution has provided you. This is because the amount of time remaining for the upcoming NEET-UG entrance is very calculated ( I'm assuming you're appearing for the examination this year). The key strategy right now should involve thorough revision of whatever you've been all this while, instead of focusing on learning a new concept.
Please give clear details on when you're appearing for this examination. The methodology of preparation will vary accordingly.
