Aim4aiims GK book by Dr. Ajay Mohan and General Knowledge Aptitude & Logical Thinking for AIIMS by Sunil Nain are the best books for G.K. & Aptitude.

The level of GK and Current Affairs is not that much, read the Competition Refresher and the Manorama Yearbook. They are the best materials for that portion in AIIMS MBBS entrance.
