Dear Shreya, your Lecturers will guide you regarding the test books that are helpful for you. But on a general note, most colleges prefer Chaurasia for Anatomy. I studied Grays and thoroughly liked it. And for Physiology, I chose Guyton. Both of them are foreign author written books but can be easily understood. Even if you buy Chaurasia and Indian author books, every library would have these books and you can read from them. And for Bio-Chemistry, lecturers usually give you notes. But I would suggest you to wait atleast until the 1st week of College to before you buy any books because let your Lecturers recommend books for you.

I relied on Grays for that. Your seniors can help you with that.
