Techno India Salt Lake has no reservation system for admission through WBJEE as it is a private engineering college so your OBC rank won't be considered while counseling for this college but only your General Merit Rank will be considered.

Considering your GMR, if it is below 22000 then you are to get admission in all the departments of Techno India Salt Lake through counseling but if it is above 22000 and below 45000 then you can consider getting admission in only Food Technology Department through WBJEE counseling 2019.
