First of all congratulation for having good result in your exams. With 36818 rank in COMEDK exam you will not be able to land in top colleges of karnataka(Top 5) with ECE, EEE and EIE. You can get admission into these colleges if you are ready to pay more (Donation), and for that you have to wait until the councelling gets over. Id you dont have problem with the colleges the i would like to list 4 colleges in which you can get admission:

• NMAN, Nitte
• KLS GIT, Belgaum
• SDM Dharwad
• KLES COE, Belgaum

In these 4 colleges you can even get CSE. For ECE, EEE and EIE the beat colleges among these 4 are KLS GIT and SDM.

As per your ComedK 2019 rank, you can get any of the branches stated above in accordance with your rank. Though it is true that you won't get top colleges under ComedK with this rank, but if the branch matters to you moe than the college scenario, then you can get it easily.
