As per your query , I would like to inform you that when we come to talk technical placements, single degree and dual degree students get equal opportunity to sit in placements , when students appears for interview companies  seeks students having skillss , build projects , able to clear all rounds. Its totally on students how much they are able to acheieve it ,once you are sits in placements , course doesnt matter . However , btech 4 year course have very hardworking ,dedicated students and they have scored rank so they must be very creamy which is the reason placements if btech cse is somewhat better at IIIT hyderabad
