In the modern world there are lot of placement opportunities for IT degree.So i would recommend you to go for IT since there are enough placements opportunities in software companies like TCS,WIPRO etc.Moreover almost every college offers quite a good placement in IT and CS.IT enables you to get a broader view about the recent growing computer technology.Rest depends upon yours.If you are interested in ECE then you can go for it.
