I wouldn't say there are no chances, but they are very very slim. The rank wise seat statistics changes every year and can't be predicted. But generally the state quota for Bangalore goes somewhere up to 8–10k and again the number varies every year.

For your rank, you are most likely to get a seat in the new Chennai/Coimbatore campuses because of your state quota. But as you fall under open quota for Bangalore campus, CSE looks very less probable.

It will be really difficult to get a seat in mechanical in open quota but you can get a seat in state quota in Coimbatore. Without state quota, it won't be possible for you to get a seat as cut off is generally up to 12000.
