• you can work in research and development team of big companies like mercedes benz ,texas instrument and many more
• you can work for psu like NTPC,IOCL,ONGC,SAIL,BHEL,HPCL,GAIL and many more after cacking gate .
• a ece student also does a lot of programming so you will be having a upper hand

As per your query.you want to know that which branch is best.All branch has a good scope but now a day cs branch has a heigh market demand.Many software companies are recuriting a software engineers in large number.benglore and pune are hub of software company.
