Hello Reddy,

It's Totaly depend on the interest of the student if he is Interested in Programming

like-C,C++,Python etc,Networking,prblem solving abilities then CSE is better 

for that type of Student.

ECE is all about Electronics,there is a lot of Physics you have to study in it.

Both have good scope in India, ECE has very good scope in Government Sector

While CSE has better job in Private Sectors.
