It's totally your Interest that matters and not it's scope. But you don't need to worry about its scope. Out of the four (assuming EE as Electrical Engineering and Electronic engineering separately. ) , EEE( electric and Electronic Engineering and ECE ( Electronic and Communication Engineering),

If you are inclined towards physics , Ohms law, Circuit, etc- select Electrical engineering.

If you are inclined towards advance instrument like Transistor , Capacitor , etc, take Electronic engineering.

If you like both of above select EEE

If you like Concept regarding modern communication systems, then take ECE. ECE talks about all concepts regarding communication like LTE, GPRS, EDGE network.
