Both are very good branches and has a wide scope in the future.....however cse brach is most preffered over ece branch.....placement records are also almost same for both branches....but you should go with your interest...best of luck.

Both branches are good for future & evergreen branches.  Both have equal scope. It depends on how much you are Interested in your subject.
