Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is a very reputed college that takes admission through its own entrance exam KIITEE. 

Computer Science and engineering yet again is the best branch to pursue in this college with highest placement percentage and good package record ranging at about 5LPA average and a placement percentage of 97%. You can definitely go for CSE here but i would suggest look into your interest too. 

Located at Bhubneswar,getting all the attention,KIIT is one of the most prestigioius colleges where you can pursue your engineering degree.It is one of the AAAA+ rated colleges in the country.So,without an hestitaion go for ECE or Computer Science degree because those are the ones showing higher trend in packages.Other branches are good too.
