As per your query All courses are holding equal position according to placement ,and scopes in future .But as per my suggest you must go through your interest or trending subject which are trending and most popular  because it will help full your career .

All IIT are best but you can choose IIT according your subject , where it is available  because all subject are not offered by all IITs .
