There are many exams that include eligibility criteria of 70% in class 12, as you preferring UP there are  UPTU exams. They consist of both government and private colleges.

Eligibility criteria or UPTU: A candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U.P.Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent recognized board without grace required each complusory subjects and one optional subject (Physcis, Mathematics, Chemistry/Bio-tecnology/Biology) and securing minimum of 45% in aggregate in required three subjects.

If you want to take admission in any government college in UP, then you have to appear in the JEE MAIN exam and UPSEE exam.

There are required to scored rank under 2000 in UPSEE for government and under 30k rank in JEE MAINS for NIT college.
