After clearing JEE, if you can get admission in top NITS and IITs, your path will be very clear. There are many CEOS who have studied in IITs and the most famous one is Sundar Pichhai. What i want to say is IITs have such an aura and environment that you will learn lot of news things and new ideas everyday. Many successful startups like OLA cabs is also run v IIT bombay graduates. However if you are not interested in startups then simply finish your B.tech and then you will get a job in top MNCS.

If you will work for them effectively and efficiently then you can become a CEO in after 12-15 years of service. If would be better if you will get a management degree from IIMs or any B School from abroad. But either ways you will have to give 12-15 years of hardwork for becoming a CEO of a company.
