Artificial Intelligence is totally different field from Architecture, there couldn't be any comparison between AI and B.Arch course .Well, if you asked to compare between civil engineering B.Tech vs B.Arch , then there might be a possibility to make a difference based on placements or other factors.

In AI field , you can have chance  to get jobs in Banking, Cyber Security, Transport , Manufacturing etc. as the demand of this course in every sector is increasing day by day.

Beside that , in Architecture field, you can be an interior designer ,Architect etc.

Salary structure is almost same for both  sectors(varies for company basis).
