To be honest all chapters are important. 

From which chapter the questions would be ask in NEET cannot be predicted as it can be from any one chapter or sometimes they can also give questions which you can solve on the basis of different concepts present in different chapters. 

The only thing is whichever chapter you do, do it thoroughly and also know the concept behind it.

Which chapters do you know (some things) about? Finish them first. Then start with the chapters you don't know anything about. Then try to finish them.This is because little knowledge from each chapter is not enough to solve the questions in entrance exam. Remember :- Whichever chapter you do, do it so thoroughly that you can solve any question if asked from that chapter. Thank you.
