As per my knowledge, Aeronautical engineering majorly consists of subjects like mathematics and physics. Almost all the concepts are build upon these two. So, you need to study these two thoroughly so as to build up your content.

Basically Aeronautical Engineering consists application of physics and mathematics theorems. If you want to provide a better foundation for Aeronautical Engineering, focus on Physics and mathematics. Practice as much as you can. Major portion of Aeronautical Engineering consists physics and mathematics whereas minor portion contains chemistry.
So don't ignore any of 3 subjects. Your command over these subject will lead you in Aeronautical Engineering.

It is not which chapters, but which subjects you should be good if you wish to do engineering including aerospace. Almost all engineering subjects are based on considerable mathematics and physics. In aerospace engineering some amount of chemistry would also be required. Hence you need to do well in all these three subjects.
