Hi lakshya,

No chapter in JEE mains should be ignored because nobody knows the distribution of topics in the question paper.  So, donot forget to prepare all the chapters well because there is no surety that the chapters you are preparing will come in examination and there questiins you can solve easily.

See, you must understand that the weighatge of chapters are different but you should also understand that the level of questions varies every year and there is no 100% chances that you can select the correct answer. So better is to prepare all.

Still in case if you have lesser time then you can think of looking for other options. These can be  Ignored from the whole course LEAST IMP.

  • Conics
  • Binomial Theorem
  • Mathematical Induction
  • Prop of Triangles
  • Statistics
  • Pairs of St.Lines

See, these chapters can be ignored. Otherwise donot ignore anything.

Hope this helps.

Good luck!!!
