Dear Altaf
If you're confident enough that if you make that 1 year makes sense for your NEET preparation and will get Mbbs seat.  Then definitely I'll suggest you to do that because Mbbs seat worth it. Please take care of your family income too,  it matters.
If you're in 1st year also, you cab start the preparation from now.. Try to read every topic. It's not only about remembering, but the way of recollecting too
