You haven't mentioned your home state, and the branch you want to choose. Analysing the previous year data, you do not have any chances of getting into a government engineering college. Don't worry, you can still get many good private colleges with this rank.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.

As per your rank in JEE Mains it's gonna be really tough for you to get admission in any b.tech colleges. You can get into private engineering colleges through management quota. I'll recommend that if you have given state level exam of any state then you should use that rank to get into colleges of that state through it's counseling. If you haven't done that then the best chance for you is to prepare for 2021 JEE mains and secure a nice rank so that you can get into nice colleges to pursue your b.tech.
