Patna is a small town and generally students who remain in Bihar during their graduation are either average students or economically backward as they cant move out during graduation. Thanks , to social media, CAT aspirants are well connected though and their aspirations too are of highest level.

CAT training like IIT training is a rigourous exercise and requires a good motivator as your mentor. My first advise would be to stick to national level test prep institutes like IMS and TIME as only they can provide you holistic preparation. CAT prep requires books, coursework, regular tests and all india test series along with GD/ PI which is just not possible for local institute/ teacher to match.

In my view, Patna IMS has good feedback which is very easy to find out by visiting the centre and talking to students there. Their faculty feedback is excllent and students regularly get through IIMs and other top B- Schools from there. I think their quants and DI/LR feedback is pretty strong and is supposed to be not only best in Patna but also one of the best in the country.

TIME feedback from students are not encouraging and is not advisable. The fee for both is around 40000 which is a reasonable fee for a classroom programme.

My last advise would be not to go after pocket friendly as it can ruin your future career. Many students save 10,000 in coaching and later on join bad colleges and loose lakhs of rupees.

I would also advise you not to get hoodwinked by online night classes or video lecture classes as they can only play supportive role but cannot understand you and give solutions for your needs.Most of the students who take up these classes have already attended one classroom coaching , then only they understand what is being taught online.
