With 98 percentile in JEE Mains,  your rank will be around 17,000-20,000. With this rank you may qualify for JEE advance too.

Getting computer science and IT into NITs even in your state looks a bit difficult. You can try in some of the private state colleges of your want CS and IT because they have 15% seats reservation through JEE mains.
