As you have mentioned that you have got 98.23 percentile, so for aerospace branch in Punjab engineering college ,you have good chances to get a seat in this branch being from a general category.
In the year 2020 the closing cut off for aerospace branch was almost 25k. As per my knowledge in this percentile your rank would be atleast under 20k so you are on a safer side.
