You haven't mentioned which competitive exam you are talking about or even which category you belong to.

If you are talking about JEE Mains, then in general category your rank of 37000 is pretty good. With this you can get into many of the top engineering colleges with streams such as CSE, Mechanical, ECE, etc. In case you wish to predict the exact colleges, sue the JEE Mains college predictor:
