Placements are better in GCECT.

Infrastructure of JGEC is good compared to GCECT.

Faculty of JGEC is better then GCECT.

Make a decision as per your requirement, I've listed above the differences in both of them. Although I would recommend GCECT as JCEC has lost its charm for a few couple of years.
